Royal-Elite Chauffeurs Limousine Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Reservations

  • Advance      Booking: Reservations must be made in advance, with a minimum notice      of [12] hours [2-5] days.
  • Confirmation:      A booking is not confirmed until a confirmation email or message is      received from Royal-Elite Chauffeurs.
  • Deposit:      Full payment is due prior to or upon the arrival of the vehicle. See      booking
  • Changes      to Booking: Any changes to the original booking (e.g., time, date,      pickup location) must be communicated at least [insert number] hours/days      before the scheduled service.

2. Payment and Fees

  • Pricing:      All prices are based on the service requested, location, duration, and      type of vehicle selected. Prices may be subject to change and are      confirmed at the time of booking.

  • Alcohol      and Smoking: Alcohol consumption and smoking inside the vehicle are      not permitted unless explicitly agreed upon beforehand and permitted by      local law.
  • Pets:      Pets are not allowed in the vehicle unless prior arrangements are made and      agreed upon.
  • Passenger      Safety: All passengers must wear seat belts at all times while in the      vehicle. Royal-Elite Chauffeurs will not be held responsible for any      injury resulting from the failure to do so.

4. Chauffeur Conduct and Expectations

  • Professional      Conduct: Chauffeurs will always act in a professional and courteous      manner. They are responsible for safe driving, but passengers are expected      to behave appropriately.
  • Refusal      of Service: Chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service if      passengers are intoxicated, disruptive, or pose a safety risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Service      Limitations: While Royal-Elite Chauffeurs will make every effort to      provide punctual service, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused      by factors outside of our control, such as traffic, weather, or accidents.
  • Force      Majeure: Royal-Elite Chauffeurs is not liable for any failure to      perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control,      including, but not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, or government      actions.
  • Liability      for Personal Belongings: Royal-Elite Chauffeurs is not responsible for      any lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings left in the vehicle.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Personal      Information: By booking with Royal-Elite Chauffeurs, you consent to      the collection and use of personal information for the purpose of      providing our services. We respect your privacy and will not share your      information with third parties, except as necessary for the provision of      services.
